Shipping

Your order will be sent as soon as possible, weather permitting. Parcels are posted between Mondays and Wednesdays, usually from February to October. Orders received at other times will be held until the start of the next dispatch season.

We ship to the European Union only.

One to three plants will be sent carefully packed in blister packs made from recycled materials. (These make excellent gifts). Up to nine plants will be sent boxed by Royal Mail 1st Class post, Parcelforce 24hr, or carrier. We recommend 1st class / 24hr delivery as the safest for your plants.

• 3 plants, sent as above by next day delivery : £8.65
• 4-7 plants, sent as above by next day delivery : £11.30
• 8-9 plants, sent as above by next day delivery : £14.00

Postage to other European Union countries is charged at cost. We will notify you of the cost on receipt of your order, or please enquire by email

Returns

All our plants leave us in good condition. If plants arrive in a damaged condition then please let us know immediately, in writing, within five days of receipt. Please save all packaging and note the time and date of delivery. We are not responsible for plants subsequently affected by severe weather or other adverse conditions.
