Shipping
Your order will be sent as soon as possible, weather permitting. Parcels are posted between Mondays and Wednesdays, usually from February to October. Orders received at other times will be held until the start of the next dispatch season.
One to three plants will be sent carefully packed in blister packs made from recycled materials. (These make excellent gifts). Larger orders will be sent boxed by Royal Mail 1st Class post, or Parcelforce 24hr. We recommend 1st class / 24hr delivery as the safest for your plants.

- 3 plants, sent boxed by Royal Mail 1st class : £8.50
- 4-6 plants, sent boxed by Royal Mail 1st class : £9.00
- 7-9 plants, sent by Parcelforce 24hrs :£11.75
- 10-16 plants, sent by Parcelforce 24hrs :£18.99
Returns
All our plants leave us in good condition. If plants arrive in a damaged condition then please let us know immediately, in writing, within five days of receipt. Please save all packaging and note the time and date of delivery. We are not responsible for plants subsequently affected by severe weather or other adverse conditions. |
